Your Plan takes into account your budget, personal preferences and length of stay in London and includes exclusive insider tips, promotional pricing and special extras you won’t get anywhere else thanks to the Atelier’s relationships with local businesses.

Every Plan is entirely customized and tailored to the specific client. Typical turnaround for each Plan is estimated at ten weeks. Rush Orders are usually feasible for an additional fee and ensure the client receives their order by their tight deadline.

wit & whimsy LLC dba En Route to Rêverie is a bespoke travel planning service.

Every En Route to Rêverie is entirely customized and tailored to the specific client. Typical turnaround for En Route to Rêverie Plans is estimated at twelve weeks but is dependent on when the client is traveling. Rush Orders are usually feasible for a fee and ensure the client receives their Plan under a tight deadline. Please note not all Rush Charge Orders can be accommodated. Your order will be refunded if it is unable to be accommodated.

Please note the Atelier is responsible for recommendations and NOT reservations or ticketing unless you have engaged them to book your hotel and specific tours. Otherwise, reservations and ticketing for any restaurants, tours, sites are the responsibility of the client with few exceptions.

There are no refunds issued once a Plan has been delivered. The Atelier is available for follow up questions but any amendments or additional requests requiring more than thirty minutes of research and time will be billed back to a client at a rate of $200/hour. The Atelier reserves the right to refuse service. Due to the nature of demand for a place in our queue, the Atelier reserves the right to cancel your Plan should your trip dates move from what you initially indicated.

All Plans are up to date and as accurate as possible at the time they are delivered. Unexpected closures do happen and may be encountered. Additionally, given the nature of modern travel, unforeseen circumstances can occur. Because of this, En Route to Rêverie strongly recommends all clients purchase travel insurance. While En Route to Rêverie assumes no legal responsibility or liability for anything that happens on your trip, the Atelier is available to help you navigate any questions or concerns that may arise to ensure you are able to enjoy your travels.

Every Plan includes recommendations that were prepared for each client’s personal, non-commercial use only. In hiring En Route to Rêverie and accepting receipt of the resulting Plan, every client agrees to not reproduce, copy, distribute, post, transmit, exploit, sell or re-promote the Plan or its content as their own, and every client further agrees not to share the work product with anyone outside the direct client and their traveling party. wit & whimsy LLC reserves all rights and remedies available to it in the event a client or third party violates these Terms or otherwise infringes the intellectual property of wit & whimsy LLC.
